Post-Festival Legacy Architecture

A launch event, not a standalone convening

1

Thematic Circles of Collaboration

5 youth-led coalitions, each anchored on festival thematic areas, with rotating leadership and a shared accountability charter. Supported by a lean secretariat hosted within AYPN, with quarterly convenings (virtual) and an annual in-person workshop. Each coalition has a dedicated workspace on the AYPN platform, shared resource library, and matched funder liaison.

2

AYPN Community Platform

A mobile-first platform (African-hosted) profiling 200+ youth-led initiatives, enabling peer-to-peer giving, coalition coordination, and diaspora matching. Includes a transparency dashboard showing resource flows, commitments, and coalition progress.

3

Bi-Annual African Youth Giving Report

A research publication produced in partnership with an African university, tracking trends, flows, and narratives in youth-led giving. Year 1 report launched at the Festival. Available in English, French, Portuguese, Arabic and Swahili.
